SOURCING
The wood we use in our goods comes from legally harvested and sustainably managed forests. A third-party checked chain of custody covers all of our wood supplies. We want to use as much certified fiber as possible and encourage a global increase in the use of certified timber.
EXPORTING
Satsangam Woods offers a diverse range of semi-processed and value-added wood products, such as wooden handicrafts, pulp and paper, plywood and veneer, and wooden furniture. Wooden handicrafts, in particular, are seeing an increase in exports.
REFINING
The properties of the wood raw material serve as a foundation for the properties of the final pulp. The basic energy consumption and refining intensity during TMP refining have a significant effect on fiber and pulp quality. Increasing basic energy consumption helps fibers produce and enhance their properties.
MANUFACTURING
We produce wood products such as logs, plywood, veneers, wood containers, wood flooring, wood trusses, modular housing (i.e., mobile homes), and prefabricated wood houses in the Wood Product Manufacturing subsector.
PROCEESING
Satsangam Woods' main industries are sawmilling, plywood, wood frame, furniture, construction components, flooring, particleboard, molding, jointing, and craft. Biomass from wood manufacturing industries, such as plywood mills and sawmills, is typically concentrated at the processing factories.
